Scalet Paperie + Design is a Graphic Design studio based in Cornwall. Owner/Founder Kati Scalet moved from her home town in the Austrian Alps to Cornwall in 2012 and has been working as a graphic designer for over 10 years.

The main idea for her very own luxury paper goods range emerged from a real time love story between her Italian great-grandfather and his future Austrian wife, who at the time, were forced to live apart and only being able to communicate via letters - Showing the importance and impact of simple paper correspondence.

Drawing inspiration from her family and friends and the coastal and alpine lifestyle to create designs and products that are simple yet meaningful.
