Scalet Paperie + Design offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and/or contributors of content.

Orders

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible. Please note that pictures may not be to scale; always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation.

Delivery

We aim to fulfil orders within the stated advertised times however, due to the bespoke nature of our products, occasionally turnaround may take longer, especially during high season. If we foresee a delay in production, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery times do not take into account the proofing process, weekends or public holidays and these should be factored into the overall lead time if working to a deadline.

We accept no responsibility for delays occurring outside of our control.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Scalet Paperie + Design but if not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any items if they are returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us for more information. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse postage costs. If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Privacy

We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such we will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. Any personal data collected by us online will be safely and securely stored and not shared with any third party.

Sharing

All images, text, design and graphics on this website are owned by Scalet Paperie + Design. We welcome people sharing our images, but please ensure a correct credit and a link to this site.

Scalet Paperie + Design reserves the right to modify/change the website and prices at any given time without notice. Prices displayed are inclusive of UK VAT but exclusive of delivery costs.
